Job Overview
The IT Field Sales Executive will identify and approach business customers across Jaipur, assess their technology requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and convert prospects into paying customers. The role requires independent prospecting, regular field visits, commercial discussions, sales pipeline management, and consistent achievement of assigned sales targets.

- Web and Software Development: Business websites, website maintenance, custom software development, and integrations.
- CRM and Business Applications: CRM solutions, sales workflows, customer management, and related modules.
- AI Solutions: AI Caller and AI-enabled business communication and automation solutions.
- Dialer and Contact-Centre Technology: Hosted and predictive dialers, IVR, CTI, and contact-centre solutions.
- Telephony and Connectivity: VoIP, cloud telephony, IP-PBX, and related communication solutions.
- Digital and Technology Services: Additional solutions from Avyukta's current portfolio based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across Jaipur to identify and approach SMEs, enterprises, agencies, contact centres, BPOs, and other relevant business prospects.
- Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, local business networking, market mapping, and planned field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate web development, software, CRM, AI Caller, dialer, VoIP, and other technology solutions.
- Present solution benefits, explain product capabilities and commercial terms, and coordinate demonstrations or technical discussions with internal teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate within approved guidelines and work toward successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate lead, visit, follow-up, opportunity, and sales records in the company CRM or prescribed reporting system.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and support customer onboarding handovers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional technology solutions.
- Achieve agreed targets for field visits, qualified leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
- Share market intelligence, competitor observations, customer feedback, and pipeline updates with the reporting manager.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum six months of relevant IT field-sales experience; freshers are not eligible for this vacancy.
- Experience selling web development, websites, software solutions, CRM, SaaS, or technology services is preferred.
- Must be based in Jaipur or able to work from Jaipur; candidates from other locations who cannot meet this requirement are not eligible.
- Must own or have reliable access to a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling for client meetings.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently prospect, manage follow-ups, and work toward measurable sales targets.
- Basic understanding of software services and the ability to explain business benefits in simple language.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and mobile applications for sales reporting.
- Professional conduct, punctuality, ownership, and willingness to learn a broad technology portfolio.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, equivalent to ₹2.40–₹4.80 LPA, depending on experience, capability, and selection outcome.
- Sales Incentives: Performance-linked incentives under the applicable company scheme and written incentive framework. No specific incentive amount is guaranteed.
- Travel Allowance: Eligible work-related travel expenses or allowances as per company policy, subject to approval and applicable documentation. Rates and reimbursement procedures should be confirmed by HR.

- Growth in qualified sales pipelines and proposals submitted.
- Progression of opportunities and conversion of prospects into paying customers.
- Achievement of assigned revenue targets.
