Job Title: ELV / BMS Sales Engineer
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
CTC: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month (₹4.80–₹7.20 LPA)
Industry: ELV Systems, Building Management Systems, and Building Technology Solutions
Job Overview
The ELV / BMS Sales Engineer will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, technical sales coordination, proposal preparation, and sales conversion. The role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), vendors, and internal technical teams to deliver suitable ELV and BMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for ELV and BMS projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, builders, and end clients.
- Promote BMS, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PA/GA, and networking solutions.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), techno-commercial proposals, offers, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into purchase orders.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal technical teams to support customer requirements and project proposals.
- Monitor sales opportunities and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in ELV/BMS sales is preferred.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of ELV systems, BMS solutions, and building technology products.
- Ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
- Experience preparing BOQs, techno-commercial offers, and quotations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Siemens, Honeywell, and other ELV/BMS products is an advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field; or
- B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹4.80–₹7.20 LPA
