Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates who align with the organization's values
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively address future staffing needs
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and strategies
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness in staffing efforts.
