Job Description
- Lead a team of operations managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the Dr ITM CX department
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance and efficiency
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including budget management and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other department heads to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the operations team.
