Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Experience: Upto 2 Years
Location: Kolkata
Salary: 28K per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our brand's online presence across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for catalog management, marketplace operations, sales analysis, order fulfillment coordination, and campaign execution to drive online sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Catalog Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, and rich content.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Marketplace Operations
- Manage the brand's presence across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock updates to minimize stock-outs.
Sales & Analytics
- Track daily sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze marketplace performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and visibility.
Order Fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor returns, refunds, and reverse logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Track campaign ROI and recommend optimization opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketplace Operations, or Key Account Management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce seller portals and marketplace management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Requirement
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, trade promotions, inventory planning, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business dynamics.
