The Senior Manager of Accounts at our real estate firm will oversee all financial operations, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Senior Manager of Accounts will be responsible for supervising a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with CPA certification preferred.

Job Description

- Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and accounting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
- Supervise a team of accountants and finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and goals
- Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate finance and accounting
- Provide guidance and support to management on financial matters and business decisions.
