Job Description: Social Media Executive
Location: On-site (Office-Based)- Noida Sector 16

We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Execution
- Create and design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, reels, and other visual content.
- Develop content aligned with the company's brand positioning, student success stories, and industry insights.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure timely posting according to the content calendar.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, titles, descriptions, and posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
Coordination with Creative Team
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Manage the content production pipeline from concept to publication.
- Review content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Platform Growth & Engagement
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries where required.
- Track social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance, and lead generation.
- Use insights to improve future content strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in Canva and other basic design tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content formats.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or brand communications.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience in the education, consulting, personal branding, or EdTech sector is an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.
