Job title: Senior Coordinator – Outreach & Partnerships

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Coordinator – Outreach & Partnerships to drive institutional outreach and partnerships with schools and colleges for InternNation Knowledge Tours.
The role involves identifying potential institutions, engaging with key decision-makers, converting prospects into partnerships, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research schools and colleges that can benefit from InternNation’s educational and experiential learning tours.
- Connect with school principals, college deans, vice-chancellors, and other institutional decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the value of InternNation Knowledge Tours.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, address client concerns, and drive partnership closures.
- Follow up with prospective institutions and work towards signing MOUs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective schools and colleges.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach, partnership, and business targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve services and encourage repeat partnerships.
- Stay updated on education-sector trends and changing requirements related to student exposure, travel, and experiential learning.
- Research potential new markets and institutions for business expansion.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of tours after onboarding.
- Communicate institution-specific requirements, including student numbers, tour preferences, and timelines.
- Maintain regular reports on meetings, partnerships, closures, upcoming opportunities, and client engagement.
- Share market insights and client feedback with the leadership team to support business growth.
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of schools/colleges contacted and onboarded.
- Partnerships and revenue generated through MOUs.
- Client satisfaction and feedback.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Contribution to business and organizational growth.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Business development and institutional outreach capabilities.
- Comfortable engaging with institutional stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales/outreach targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, education, travel, business development, or partnerships will be an advantage.
