Job Description: Accounts Executive
Location: Jarod, Vadodara
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Education: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 3+ years in Accounting & Finance
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, system proficiency, and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions with high accuracy.
- Handle vendor payments, invoices, and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain books of accounts using accounting software.
- Prepare and support cash flow forecasting and fund planning activities.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely follow-up with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining financial compliance and internal control systems.
- Support monthly closing activities and reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal review purposes.
