Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee key accounting functions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records to support sound business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet and profit and loss Statement).
- Perform monthly and year-end closing processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST Returns, TDS Returns, Income Tax Returns, and Annual Returns.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including Stock Audit and Company Audit.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records using Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to streamline financial processes and ensure statutory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, compliance norms, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
