Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Salary: 4-5 LPA + Incentive

Job Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with healthcare institutions, medical colleges, hospitals, and training centers, and promoting our healthcare simulation solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy consultative selling, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of a fast-paced startup.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, medical colleges, universities, simulation centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, field visits, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare simulation solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Coordination & Market Development

  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer onboarding.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and product launch events to promote company offerings.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or B2B Sales.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
