Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with a flair for sales and a drive to achieve high incentives. The role involves building a strong team of advisors, providing them with necessary guidance, and ensuring they deliver optimal financial solutions to customers. This position is ideal for candidates with field sales experience and excellent communication skills who are ready to achieve monthly business targets and drive growth. Key Highlights: Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in field sales, preferably in customer-facing roles. Compensation: 4LPA to 5LPA (30% hike on your last CTC). Location: 1 year of experience in the job’s preferred location will be given priority. Job Description

Salary: Up to INR 5,00,000 (Fixed) + Huge Incentives
Grade: Deputy Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Direct Payroll/On roll)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit quality agents/advisors to build your team.
Help your team in lead generation, prospecting, and business development through local client or field visits.
Ensure that agents/advisors provide the right financial solutions to customers.
Adhere to required business processes and norms.
Achieve the business target each month for generating new business & team building; advisor recruitment.

Eligibility:

Graduate with 1 year sales experience (any industry)
Comfortable or experienced in client or field visits (local)
