Job Title: Sales Manager
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: B-161, 2nd Floor, Lok Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development activities, acquire new clients, and build long-term relationships for Insurance, Investment, and Loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Generate leads and recruit new agents.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
- Build and manage referral networks.
- Maintain strong after-sales service and customer relationships.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Financial Services, Insurance, or BFSI.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on candidate profile and experience.
