Job Description

1. Internal Coordination: Prepare purchase order requisitions and follow up on materials. Coordinate for quality control solutions. Ensure proper packing of goods for dispatch. Calculate freight and coordinate dispatch of shipments. Prepare invoices and ensure quick delivery timelines. Manage customer accounts and ensure timely receipt of payments. Follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure timely updating of records and generate MIS reports. 2. Customer Interaction: Provide quotations for products. Address customer queries related to products or other issues. Share shipping information and update customers on in-transit shipments. Ensure timely payment receipts as per agreed payment terms. Resolve quality-related complaints promptly. 3. Sales Growth and Customer Retention: Review MIS reports to identify sales trends (product-wise, volume-wise, country-wise). Approach customers with declining sales trends to address issues and improve engagement. Audit customer websites to identify opportunities for additional product sales. What Makes You Successful in This Role: Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products offered. Process Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the internal processes and workflows. Organized Data Management: Maintain systematic follow-ups and record-keeping. Organize files for easy retrieval of required information. Effective Task Scheduling: Prioritize and schedule tasks to avoid missed deadlines. Understanding Responsibilities: Comprehend tasks thoroughly to ensure quality execution.
