Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals to customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
- Travel to client locations as needed
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for clients.
