Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in order to generate and close sales
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve overall team goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure ethical and legal compliance in all sales activities
