Job Description

- Develop and manage relationships with retail partners to drive sales of life insurance products
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand distribution network
- Train retail partners on product offerings, processes, and sales techniques
- Work closely with retail partners to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with retail partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for retail partners
- Analyze market trends and competition to provide insights for retail partner strategy
- Monitor and report on retail partner performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
- Represent Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in a professional and positive manner at all times.
