We are hiring for Personal Banker for HDFC Bank
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Developing and executing strategic plans to increase client satisfaction and retention
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring their success

- Monitoring client feedback and making necessary improvements
