Job Description

- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates for various positions within the Women Empowerment Society.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to select the best candidates for each role.
- Provide advisory support to members of the society on career development, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume writing, networking, and personal branding.
- Build relationships with local companies and organizations to create job and internship opportunities for society members.
- Utilize social media and other networking platforms to promote job openings and connect with potential candidates.
- Stay updated on current trends in recruitment, diversity, and inclusion to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Collaborate with the society's leadership team to align recruitment and advisory efforts with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
