Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to attract top talent to Forever Living Products
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and objectives
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them succeed in their roles
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment to attract diverse candidates
- Represent Forever Living Products at job fairs and other recruitment events.
