Job Description

Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates' resumes, portfolios, and other relevant documents to determine their suitability for specific job roles. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Applicant Tracking: Document and track candidate information, interactions, and feedback accurately in the applicant tracking system or any other designated software.
