Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter (6-Month Contract)
Location: Noida – Sector 132
Mode of Working: Work from Office (WFO) – 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Contract Details:
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Budget: Up to ₹40,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, particularly in Non-IT hiring. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using job portals and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and close positions within timelines.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in recruitment (Non-IT preferred).
- Education: MBA (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and experienced in using job portals.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
