Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Surat / Noida
Experience: 1+ Year
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month
About the Role
Design2Occupancy Services LLP is looking for two proactive and organized Executive Assistants to support the Managing Partner and leadership team. This role involves managing schedules, coordination, communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Objectives of the Role
- Provide direct support to the Managing Partner to manage priorities and daily commitments.
- Improve internal coordination and workflow efficiency.
- Act as a link between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure executive schedules align with business and organizational priorities.
- Support sales-related activities including proposal preparation and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, emails, and schedules for senior leadership.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and related logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain records, files, and contact databases.
- Assist with sales proposals, presentations, and client communication.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Graduate / Post Graduate with good communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
