Job Description
- Paid Media Management: Run high-performing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, and emerging platforms.
- Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation using AI-driven insights.
- Data & Analytics: Track performance with Google Analytics 4, AI-driven attribution models, and predictive analytics tools.
- Budget & ROI Management: Optimize CPA, ROAS, and CLTV while managing budgets effectively.
- Inventory & Demand-Based Marketing: Align campaigns with stock levels and seasonal trends using AI forecasting.
- Creative Personalization: Collaborate with teams to develop AI-generated dynamic creatives via Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Runway ML.
- Retargeting & CRM Integration: Utilize AI-enhanced CRM tools for customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Guide performance marketing teams and align strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Real-Time Optimization: Identify campaign inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions instantly.
- Preferred: Experience with AI-powered campaign tools like Google Performance Max, Meta’s AI Targeting, ChatGPT, Adzooma, Smartly.io or similar.
