Job Title: Recruiter – IT & Non-IT
Location: Delhi
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter – IT & Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer follow-ups.
The candidate should be comfortable handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment, working with multiple job portals, and managing recruitment requirements within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Negotiate and communicate salary expectations with candidates as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate the offer, documentation, and joining process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and MIS as required.
- Achieve recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Support other recruitment and HR-related activities as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment trackers.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
