Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for all corporate governance and compliance matters
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure all filings are made with Companies House
- Schedule and prepare agendas for board and committee meetings
- Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and regulators
- Keep abreast of changes to relevant legislation and advise senior management accordingly
- Assist with the preparation and filing of annual accounts and other regulatory documents
- Provide guidance on corporate governance best practices
- Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions
- Support the implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
