Job Description
- Monitor quality control processes for the spinning and weaving operations
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols for the spinning and weaving departments
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to improve overall quality and efficiency
- Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control measures and outcomes
- Stay current on industry best practices and technological advancements in spinning and weaving processes
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials are used in the production process
- Communicate with management and stakeholders on quality control issues and recommendations
