Job Description
- Conduct training sessions on company processes and procedures for new and existing employees
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids
- Assess training needs and conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to customize training programs based on specific needs
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure understanding and application of training
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Keep updated on industry best practices and incorporate into training programs
- Organize and facilitate group activities and discussions to reinforce learning
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance evaluations
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on training progress and outcomes.
