We’re Hiring – Planning & Project Coordinator (Formwork / Scaffolding)
Location: Mundka, Delhi
Experience: 3–8 years
Salary for Sr level - 50k-1lac
Salary for Jr level - 25k-50k
Industry: Formwork / Scaffolding / Infrastructure / Construction
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Planning & Project Coordinator to join our execution team. The candidate will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and coordinating all project activities — from design release and fabrication to site dispatch and installation — ensuring on-time delivery and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, timelines, and progress trackers
- Coordinate between design, procurement, fabrication, and site teams
- Track material readiness, dispatches, and site requirements
- Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports for management review
- Maintain project documentation for client approvals, QA/QC, and billing
- Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective actions
- Understand client requirements and provide practical solutions in coordination with design and production teams
- Prepare basic cost estimates and project quantities to support client discussions and proposals
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in formwork or scaffolding projects
- Strong command over MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera, and AutoCAD
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
