Job Description
Job Title: Performance Marketer
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Hands-on Performance Marketing Experience; Agency experience preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹4.2 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, campaign optimization, and performance analysis while delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage lead generation and e-commerce campaigns with a focus on ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives and target audience.
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and budgets.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.
- Manage PPC campaigns while ensuring KPI and ROI targets are achieved.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
Research & Strategy
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Identify new growth opportunities and innovative campaign strategies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and web development teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend effective marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of PPC, SEM, paid social media, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce performance campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
