Job Title: Facility Supervisor – Banquets
Company: Aanley Services Private Limited
Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 CTC per month
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Hospitality, or a related field
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Supervisor – Banquets to oversee the smooth functioning, maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness of banquet facilities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service staff to ensure that all banquet areas are operational, safe, and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day facility operations across banquet and event areas.
- Ensure banquet halls, common areas, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained properly.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other facility systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure facilities are prepared and operational before every event.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of banquet areas.
- Identify facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with banquet, housekeeping, security, and operations teams during events.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, electrical, and facility-related standards.
- Monitor the availability and condition of facility equipment and essential utilities.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns or operational emergencies during events.
- Support the management team in improving facility efficiency and reducing operational downtime.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of facility and maintenance operations.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Strong coordination and vendor-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot facility-related issues.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure during events and peak business hours.
- Good attention to cleanliness, safety, and operational details.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel, banquet hall, catering company, hospitality facility, or commercial property.
- Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with hands-on facility/maintenance supervision experience will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during events as required.
