Position: Performance & Growth Marketing Associate (AI-First)
Location: Naraina Vihar, Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 2-7 Years
Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA

Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Associate who can take complete ownership of both paid acquisition and organic growth.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will:
- Run campaigns
- Create content
- Launch experiments quickly
- Leverage AI tools to scale output and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Core Ownership)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Improve key metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and landing pages
Growth & Experimentation
- Execute weekly growth experiments and test new acquisition channels
- Identify opportunities to scale and optimize the marketing funnel
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to improve conversion rates
Social Media Management
- Own and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels
- Create and publish high-quality content with quick turnaround time
- Develop creatives such as carousels and short-form content
- Track engagement and optimize content performance
AI-Led Execution
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, etc.) for daily workflows
- Generate ad copy, creatives, and campaign ideas
- Build automated workflows to scale marketing execution
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and extract actionable insights
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports
- Analyze experiments and continuously improve strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5–3+ years of experience in performance marketing and social media
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools
- Ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or logistics industry
- Knowledge of landing page builders and funnel optimization
- Video editing and content creation skills
- Marketing automation tools experience
