Job Description

- Source and recruit candidates for IT positions within the organization
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to attract potential candidates
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure all recruitment processes are well-documented
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
