Job Description
Job Title: Office Executive
Location: Jaipur, travel based on project or training requirements
Experience: 1 or + Year
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing training reports, creating PowerPoint presentations for different types of trainings, maintaining documentation, and assisting in office coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format reports, summaries, and documentation as required by management.
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations for meetings, training sessions, and client presentations.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle routine office correspondence, email communication, and coordination among departments.
- Support management in project tracking, report submission, and documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in office administration or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in report formation and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
