Amore Moments is a premier wedding film and photography studio, dedicated to capturing timeless memories with artistry and emotion. We pride ourselves on our cinematic storytelling and personalized client experience. We’re now looking for a motivated, skilled Marketing and Sales Manager to grow our brand and client base.
Job Overview:
You will lead and execute marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and drive sales to secure new bookings. You’ll work closely with the creative team to align marketing efforts with brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Convert leads into booked clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Manage CRM and follow up on inquiries
• Create proposals and quotes based on client needs
• Close deals and meet monthly booking targets
Marketing:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, SEO)
• Build and manage advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Coordinate styled shoots, collaborations, and brand partnerships
• Analyze and report performance metrics
• Maintain and update website content
Client Relations:
• Ensure high-quality pre-sale and post-sale communication
• Attend wedding expos and events to represent the brand
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand voice
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in creative or wedding industry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Passion for weddings, photography, and storytelling is a plus
Bonus Skills:
• Graphic design / Canva proficiency
• Content creation / social media management experience
• Photography or video knowledge
