We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales outreach efforts. If you are passionate about mobile gaming and have a proven track record in business development, we want to hear from you. Key ResponsibiliƟes: *MarkeƟng Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive online markeƟng strategies to drive user acquisiƟon, engagement, and retenƟon for our mobile casual games including SMM, PPC, SMO and other necessary acƟviƟes. * In Depth Knowledge: Should have In-Depth Knowledge of all the tools and services used to run a successful paid and organic markeƟng campaigns including Meta, Google and others. * Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and opƟmize markeƟng campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, paid adverƟsing, and influencer markeƟng. * AnalyƟcs and ReporƟng: UƟlize data-driven insights to measure the effecƟveness of markeƟng campaigns, idenƟfy areas for improvement, and make data-backed decisions to opƟmize performance. * Budget Management: Manage the markeƟng budget effecƟvely, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that all markeƟng iniƟaƟves are within budgetary constraints. * Gaming ExperƟse: Leverage gaming background to understand gaming trends, player behavior, and industry benchmarks, using the knowledge to inform markeƟng strategies is a bonus * Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and compeƟtor acƟviƟes to idenƟfy opportuniƟes for growth and innovaƟon. QualificaƟons: * Bachelor's degree in MarkeƟng, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). * 5-7 years of experience in markeƟng and adverƟsing, with a proven track record of successfully managing markeƟng campaigns. * Proficiency in online and digital markeƟng techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media adverƟsing, and email markeƟng. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent analyƟcal and problem-solving abiliƟes. * Passion for mobile casual gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and trends is a bonus.
