Job Description

Position: PLM Teamcenter Developer Department: IT Location: Bangalore(WFO) Pune(WFO)- There will be seating at the plant in Pune and there will be an alternate Saturday off... Experience: 4 to 9 years Bangalore- 5 Working Days (Full Time) Interview- 1st round Virtual 2nd round Face-to-face(Bangalore) 1. Job Overview This position requires a candidate with 5+ years of experience in implementation & migration between PLM systems. With hands-on experience in development / validation / documentation / user support / upgrades / troubleshoot Teamcenter versions 12x/11x/10x with Active Workspace (AWS) and knowledge in automotive domain. • Experience in Teamcenter Version 12x and older versions & PLM system Troubleshooting and support activities. • Experience in Data migration between various PLM systems and integration between PLM and ERP • Experience on E-BOM / CAD / TESTLAB / Change Management / Generic Technical Specification / Part Technical Specification / CAD Data Management / PPAP Process / Part revision mechanism / Workflow / Data model extension / Preferences in Teamcenter version (12x,11x,10x etc.,) • Proven skills on Teamcenter customization using ITK, Systems Development, BMIDE configuration, product functionality validation • Strong experience on Code customization preferred • Strong skills in Documentation (Technical Specifications, User Acceptance Testing docs, User manual) & provide end-user training • Support in upgrades & testing - Validating the processes / Patches in Teamcenter Versions (12x, 11x,10x etc.,) • A thorough knowledge on handling the Installation/ Trouble Shooting/ Implementation of PLM applications / process on Windows OS (32 Bit and 64 bit) • Good experience in handling the Neutral Data Formats • To assist and support on the Teamcenter process implementations, in accordance to business requirements • Build a committed and exceptional relationship with internal customer, Global team members and external vendors. • Can be able to support Engineering related process in ERP systems and knowledge on integration between Teamcenter and ERP • 5+ total years of above said core working experience, preferably in an MNC, interacting with different region people. • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Discipline is preferable. 4. Tools /Module Scope Teamcenter 12 with Active workspace/11x/10x, ASP Configurations, Catia V5 (Version R19 to R30), Teamcenter Integrations for Catia V5(TCIC), Oracle, ITK, Enterprise Resource Planning (any ERP) We are an equal opportunity employer.
