Job Description
- Serve as an agriculture advisor to clients to assist them in making informed decisions about agricultural practices
- Utilize both B2C communication strategies to effectively reach and engage clients
- Drive B2C sales by showcasing the benefits of our agricultural products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling agricultural products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance knowledge and skills in agriculture and customer service.
