Confidential is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up workstations, and maintaining system security. The IT Desktop Engineer will also be responsible for managing software and hardware inventory, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and assisting with IT projects as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and IT certifications are a plus.

Job Description

- Provide technical support to executives and staff by troubleshooting and resolving desktop issues - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops and laptops - Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technology - Maintain accurate documentation of all IT-related activities and procedures - Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall desktop support experience - Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner Drop your resume on Hr.kartik@greenativeservices.com Call me directly on 7982245844
