Job Description
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of webinars for multiple clients.
- Collaborating with team members to develop webinar content and presentations.
- Conducting research on industry trends and best practices for webinar creation.
- Managing CRM system to track and follow up with webinar attendees.
- Utilizing various software and tools to create engaging webinar experiences.
- Providing administrative support for webinar logistics, including scheduling and participant communication.
- Assisting with post-webinar analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth webinar operations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive webinar engagement and attendance.
- Adhering to company guidelines and best practices to ensure quality webinar experiences for all stakeholders.
