Job Description
- Oversee the entire insurance portfolio for Kotak Life Insurance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Lead a team of insurance agents and ensure they meet sales targets
- Provide training and support to agents to enhance their performance
- Evaluate and approve insurance claims according to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients and brokers
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and goals to senior management.
