About the Company
We are a fast-growing wedding photography and filmmaking company based in South Delhi, catering to both premium and mid-segment wedding clients. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, memorable experiences for our clients.
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Lead Conversion Executive who enjoys interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. This role involves handling inbound leads and ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on incoming leads (no cold calling).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Schedule studio visits or virtual meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and communication records.
- Build a positive and premium client experience through calls and WhatsApp communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
-
0–3 years of experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Client Servicing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (working knowledge of English preferred).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Strong follow-up discipline and sales-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.

- Location: South Extension Part 2, New Delhi
- Salary: 35 – 40K
