Highfly Sourcing is seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Duties will include assessing client eligibility for immigration programs, preparing and submitting visa applications, and representing clients in immigration proceedings. The Immigration Consultant must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of immigration regulations and processes. The successful candidate will also be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of successfully assisting clients with their immigration needs is required. If you are passionate about helping clients navigate the complex immigration system, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

- Provide expert advice and assistance to clients on immigration processes and requirements
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and immigration authorities
- Demonstrate proficiency in CRM and sales tools to maintain accurate client records and track progress
- Conduct telecalling and telesales to build relationships with potential clients and promote services
- Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate and timely advice
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to clients
- Prioritize and manage multiple client cases to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Drive growth and business development through effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
