- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
- Utilize social media and job boards to promote job opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to build a strong talent pipeline.
