Job Description
- Responsible for leading recruitment activities including sourcing, identifying, and interviewing top talent
- Communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement communication protocols to ensure all recruitment processes run smoothly
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Stay up to date on current trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse and equitable workforce.
