Job Description

- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and manage the interview process from scheduling to feedback
- Prepare and send offer letters and conduct reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Proactively seek out ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
- Conduct onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide support to HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
