Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs
- Handle employee relations issues as needed
- Participate in team meetings and projects to contribute to the overall HR strategy.
