Job Description
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and recruitment agencies
- Provide support in HR administration tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive employee engagement and development initiatives
- Mentor and coach junior team members in recruitment best practices
- Utilize HR software and tools to streamline recruitment processes.
