Job Description
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
- Negotiate job offers and complete all necessary onboarding paperwork
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market
