Role - HR Operations Executive
Location: Aundh, Pune
Company: Nuest Consulting
Work Mode: 6 days/week — 6 Days Work from Office
Salary Range: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our HR Shared Services team at Nuest Consulting. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations and hands-on experience with Zoho People. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operational activities, resolving employee queries, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations within the HR Shared Services (HRSS) framework.
- Handle employee queries efficiently through the HR Helpdesk — via calls and emails.
- Support process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with team to ensure timely resolution of HR-related issues.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
- Mandatory experience working with Zoho People across various HR functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in employee query management or HR helpdesk preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with attention to detail.
